It becomes clear from the various articles on this site, that ‘Military Phoney’ Dallas Wittgenfeld has made countless false accusations against those who’ve exposed him and Petri Hooli for their relentless cyberstalking and harassment. However one of the most bazaar and desperate accusations made by Wittgenfeld and Hooli was under the name of Rocksteady Studios.
Who are Rocksteady Studios
Rocksteady Studios are the original game developers of Batman: Arkham City game , based in Kentish Town, London, UK. (https://rocksteadyltd.com/). Founded in 2004, the studio gained prominence with the release of “Batman: Arkham Asylum” in 2009. Their games are celebrated for their rich storytelling, immersive gameplay, and innovative combat mechanics. Rocksteady is recognized as a key player in the superhero gaming genre, consistently pushing boundaries with their compelling narratives and character-driven experiences.
The following article exposes the delusional and desperate actions of Wittgenfeld and Hooli. Their efforts to spread defamatory content online aimed at damaging reputations and subjecting their victims to harassment. As you will uncover from the actions of Wittgenfeld and Hooli, their actions seemed to be directed at carrying out a financial scam against Rocksteady Studio themselves.
Hooli & Wittgenfeld’s Smear Campaign Of Rocksteady Studio’s
The campaign began in August 2024 under Dallas Wittgenfeld’s smear campaign account on Facebook – ‘Military Phonies’ . One which Wittgenfeld was stupid enough to promote. to Sarli Jayakody prior to the attack on Rebel X Clan. The accusations where then backed up by Petri Hooli .
These new false accusations appeared just after Petri Hooli himself was reported to the Internet Watch Foundation (iwf.org.uk) for what was considered images of child abuse. As well as concerned members from the Martial Art community reporting Hooli for making threats to kill on Facebook in July 2024.
Ironically, the cowardly Dallas Wittgenfeld using an image of Don Roley’s eye as a profile pic for ‘Military Phonies’ ( a classic Wittgenfeld move). Began what can only be considered as manipulating Petri Hooli, who has already been acknowledged by the UK Home Office since March 2024 for cyberstalking & harassment.
The screen shots from August 2024 demonstrates how Dallas Wittgenfeld along with Petri Hooli began an attack similar to their actions against Rebel X Clan.
In a shocking turn of events, Dallas Wittgenfeld. resorted to spreading unfounded claims, this time targeting the renowned Rocksteady Studio, the creators of the Batman: Arkham series.
Wittgenfeld began spinning a yarn of lies with no concrete evidence to support his allegations.

Sarli Jayakody was never an employee or has ever been an employed by Rocksteady Studios Ltd.
The name ‘Sarli Jayakody’ ended up in the game Batman: Arkham City 2011 due to one of the developers from Rocksteady Studios who knew Sarli Jayakody,
However as you can see from Dallas Wittgenfeld (Military Phonies) comments to Petri Hooli .
Wittgenfeld suggests that Sarli Jayakody was not authorized to use the name he has been commonly known by.
Sarli Jayakody in May 2021 had an email dialogue with Warner Brothers solicitors . Warner Brothers were the distributors to the game Batman: Arkham City 2011.
At no time within that dialogue did any of the three solicitors advise Sarli Jayakody that he could not use the name he is commonly known as.
However Dallas Wittgenfeld based on his predatory nature directs Petri Hooli to what can only be considered as making a fool of himself by suggesting he challenges the use of the name.
Seemingly with the intention to make a financial gain out of Rocksteady Studio themselves .
Dallas Wittgenfeld The Scammer
Previously highlighted on this site. it’s been highlighted that Dallas Wittgenfeld is an individual with a troubling background. He has been identified as a military imposter and has exhibited concerning behavior that aligns with patterns of criminal activity. Known for exhibiting reckless actions and a lack of maturity, he has shown a tendency to exploit the vulnerabilities of others.
Navy Seal Veteran Don Shipley from Extreme Seals Experience , highlighted this when he called out Wittgenfeld in 2016 for attempting to scam finances in relation to ‘POW’s and MIA’s. As well as the use of false profiles to attempt his scam.
So it’s no surprise Dallas Wittgenfeld is gearing up Petri Hooli with suggestions that Petri Hooli has a law suit.
Petri Hooli himself a self confessed mentally challenged individual. Who through his own illness relapses into not being able define fantasy from reality. Unfortunately now being exploited in to a victim of Dallas Wittgenfeld’s predatory behaviour .
Smear Campaign on Rocksteady Studio Continued..
In the continued dialogue between Petri Hooli and Dallas Wittgenfeld . It becomes more obvious that Dallas Wittgenfeld’s is grooming/manipulating Petri Hooli to take a course of action in the form of litigation against Rocksteady Studios.
Suggesting that Petri Hooli is a victim of Sarli Jayakody and that Rocksteady Studios maybe aware of this. Yet again Wittgenfeld pushing the agenda that Sarli Jayakody is an employee of Rocksteady.
Dallas Wittgenfeld again employing the same sick actions using Sarli Jayakody’s image as covered in Cyberstalkers Vs The iPredator, But this time trying to associate it with the directors of Rocksteady – Sefton Hill and Jamie Walker
Wittgenfeld still trying to convince Petri Hooli that that there could be a ‘Big Pay Off’ . Which start highlights truly the intention of Dallas Wittgenfeld actions in this dialogue .
Dallas Wittgenfeld concluding that Petri Hooli should also consider ‘hooking’ Nathan Burlow & Darius Sadeghian the studio directors at Rocksteady Studios.
As you can see in the comment Wittgenfeld refers to Sarli by his full name Sarliya. Stating that Nathan Burlow & Darius Sadeghian know him .
The reality being that as Sarli Jayakody never worked for Rocksteady Studios, neither Nathan Burlow or Darius Sadeghian actually know him.
Probably in the same way that neither Sefton Hill , Jamie Walker, Nathan Burlow & Darius Sadeghian knew Dallas Wittgenfeld was stalking them.
