My cyber stalker has publicly stated he lives in a place called Tornio in Finland. Tornio is a place in the Northern part of Finland bordering Sweden. If you research into Tornio, you will discover besides having a golf course which spans across two countries borders. It’s where a group of clinical psychologies started developing a treatment plan called open dialogue.
This is a holistic style treatment to address acute psychiatric crisis developed by Jaakko Seikkula, Markku Sutela, and their multidisciplinary team at Keropudas Hospital in Tornio, Finland.

Maybe my Cyber Stalker has some relation with Keropudas Hospital in Tornio as he seems to be located within that area. As well as he seems to be an expert in mental health, to be diagnosing it through deflamatory remarks.
