Laws of the land differ based on the details of a crime, however crimes which are considered of international interest take a different cause of action. From discussion with a court official from HM Court and Tribunal Services and a member of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, regarding the crime off online deformation coming from another country. The general consensus is that the crime of defamation would be considered too small for a government to pursue.
The matter ultimately is a civil matter between two parties. The government and official law makers would not invest money, tracing down a person in another land, contacting them or even informimg them of an investigation.
To actually do that, it would be a costly operation which involves having to cross in to political mine fields where date protection of individuals are concerned. It would require solicitor’s from both sides, certified translation services, etc. Then you’re involving the police of that country, in this case the British Police who would be informing a suspect in the UK they are a suspect aboard.
As we can see in this post my cyber stalker is publicly waving a piece of paper with the name ‘Sarli Jayakody’ on it. This piece of paper was apparently issued by the National Prosecution Authority of Finland

And here again sometimes September 2022, is this strange individual waving another paper from the Finnish Police. Related to the same defamation.
According to the posts, again he is reconfirming his belief that I am a schizophrenic who hallucinates and that I am calling him a Nazi. Looks like my cyber stalker has stopped calling himself a pedophile in this particular post. Naming me, directing people to where I am etc.
It’s interesting that this parasite who seems to be implementing one of his famous counter psychology strategies is saying that the police are not going to investigate according to the post.
However some how the North Prosecution Authority of Finland, still decided to continue the investigation all the way up to December 2023. I don’t know much about the Finnish law departments.
What I do know is within The May – July 2022 Confession’s written in July 2022 I mentioned about the tactics of a cyber stalker as defined by experts in this field:

Aim’s to create humiliation to damage the victim’s reputation
Monitoring their target’s online activities to gather more information about their victims
Encourages others to Harass their victim
And above we have an example of these actions, amongst many others
An individual from Finland who is being exposed for his actions of cyberstalking, potentially fuelled by a right wing mentality to extinguish something he considers unacceptable, as well as some other worrying aspects of this individual’s character.
Waving around apparently official police and court paper work on social media, claiming that I seem to be guilty of a crime of ‘defamation’ in March 2021. Reported in September 2022, when this particular cyber stalker realised his deformation, threats and slander online was not stopping this writer from exposing the reality of what his man from Kemi, Finland is doing.
Tomi Hämäläinen & Rebekah Matunde
I wonder if my cyber stalker told his close friends, apparently a Police Woman called Rebekah Matunde and her husband Tomi Hämäläinen what he did with those bits of paper he is waving about. Both Rebekah Matunde and Tomi Hämäläinen on a face front seem to be respectable citizens of Finland. Tomi a community leader who went through the hardship of navigating through the immigration policies of Finland, so he can marry his wife. It’s understandable that Rebekah and Tomi may feel to protect their asset, they are friends . And it that this strange individual from Finland seems to be engaged to one of Ms. Matunde’s sister even though they haven’t met. I think this is the second or third sister of Ms. Matundes my cyber stalker claims he was engage to. But that has nothing to do with this situation. But maybe you can work out the science of immigration for yourself.
I’ve actually tried to get in touch with Tomi Hämäläinen, even left a message on his Facebook that he should try to get in touch with me. Maybe this friend, mentor who this cyber stalker considers so highly off, can clear up this so called ‘psychic ability’ of his friend in Finland and is unnatural coincidences. However Tomii may prefer to remain silent in this matter as this cyber stalker has referred to him in the past in relation to having digital skills.
Obviously those attempts to try to communicate with Tomi Hämäläinen has now been regurgitated by this particular parasite from Finland as me attacking his family.
Cyberstalking Behaviour – ‘Makes allegations that the victim has harmed them or their family’
I would like to say to yourself Rebekah Matunde and Tomi Hämäläinen that I do not have any personal issues with either of you. I believe that both of you have been misguided in this situation by this particular cyber stalker from Finland. But unfortunately your friend is dragging you deeper in to something which when you to start to understand. The truth may be a very bitter pill to swallow.
What Next?
Based on these new revelations which I discovered around the 7th January 2023 that I am an international guilty suspect according to this particular parasite from Finland. I thought it best to contact the Police here in the UK . So I called Scotland Yard and asked them if I need to hand myself in to the Police. She asked me my details, listened to what I had to say and based on the rest of the conversation. The Police over here in the UK don’t seem to be looking for me.
I thought I should call the Embassy of Finland in London, UK. Surely they would have links with Syyttäjälaitos (syyttajalaitos.fi) and have some idea about this defamation, since it seems of an international interest. Based on some actions surrounding this particular piece of paperwork the cyber stalker was waving. As usual the operator from the Embassy in Finland went silent. She asked me to forward on an email to an address she gave me. First time the Embassy of Finland actually seemed interested in what I was saying. However it didn’t seem I was part of the international wanted list from Finland.
Since I was not getting answers from the Police in the UK and or the Embassy of Finland in London. I thought I better confer with some face to face with some well known solicitors who specialise in harassment. I was pretty impressed they remembered me from March 2021…..March 2021 seems like a coincidental familiar date. I wanted to point out somethings about this piece of paper work my cyber stalker is holding and the course of actions which this Finnish man had taken since he posted the photo. I advised them, that if the Finnish government are suspecting me of a crime that it needs to be made public. Then it’s time to start getting in touch with them, since according to my cyber stalker, they have ruled me guilty but can’t afford to prosecute me. I consider myself innocent of any crime of defamation
So it’s more important that the Finnish government don’t consider the case closed and investigate the truth further, the truth of the papers this man is waving around
